  You will work with a dedicated consultant who will be on hand from 06:30 in the morning for emergency cover and evenings and weekends.

  All our staff are fully vetted and inducted. They all must have an in date safeguarding certificate. We also offer ongoing training and CPD events to upskill staff. We also track and monitor attendance and punctuality and offer rewards for staff that go above and beyond. We collate feedback forms and use them to give staff constructive feedback as regards to their performance and if there is any room for improvement we support them on that journey. And staff that stay with us get a yearly appraisal and pay rise linked to performance.
